excellent experience
classical feel helpful staff electrical sockets high-speed wifi
the hotel is well-kept i noticed lots of greenery. the low-rise structure gives it a classical feel. staff were helpful in the kasara lounge. the large desk had well-positioned electrical sockets also there was high-speed wifi included in the room price.
i noticed the evening canapés at the lobby lounge were limited to one set per person. the dishes tasted dreadful and some mocktails were undrinkable. i found the service slow which was not ideal.

breakfast had many options and a dedicated area that was aesthetically pleasing. the staff was attentive and helpful. the hotel offered a very good hot chocolate, though it required some sugar to enhance its flavor.

the fitness center includes different machines for exercising. the lobby has fresh flowers regularly i saw frequent live music. the pool had a depth range between 0.4m and 2.5m. this hotel is an older style of room.

the staff was friendly and approachable throughout my stay. i appreciated their efforts to accommodate my needs. they provided smooth transfers from the airport including drinks and snacks.

fresh flower arrangements heritage feeling marble bathroom
the lobby has beautiful fresh flower arrangements. the heritage feeling is evident through the art. the marble bathroom in my room (i felt so relaxed in it) included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

The gym offers great equipment. I saw super machines plus a squash court. the main highlight for me remains the lobby and the courtyard. I loved the classic thai architecture and lush greenery.

the concierge team provides excellent and helpful assistance. they greatly simplified the process, as i needed to ship gifts to the uk. (i found it really good) every staff member displayed a nice smile and attitude.

the hotel has a convenient central location. it is just a minute from the brt station. a 7-eleven is not far away. the garden is well kept, and it is very green. it is a peaceful place away from the bustle outside.
the air-conditioning was noisy. it was not cold ! my sleep was disturbed, i found the bath water to be yellow after running for a while. i cannot tell the colour of shower water but it probably would be the same.
